Android storage space running out | without root solutions | for android phone
Hi, I will discuss today in a topic that many people have experienced in this problem. We often fall into the problems of our phone's storage. As a result, mobile hangs up. Anyway, I'll talk about this by step by step.
Solution-1
I first looked for a solution to this problem, I came across a
free app named App Cache Cleaner.
This
will let you clear the cache for various app, and thus reclaim a lot of memory.
In my experience it works well for a couple of weeks but then became
ineffective.
I
am guessing that initially, it cleared just enough space so that I could update
app again, but as time went by I noticed that I was getting the “insufficient
storage available” this massage, despite using the app regularly to clear the
cache and Ineffective files.
The
problems appear to be that there are crucial files which are not deleted by the
app, but that build up over time to cause the same issues.
Solution-2
Fortunately there is an even simpler fix, which does not involve even download
any other application.
This
strategy is to access a hidden menu on your phone that allows you to delete
these files.
From your phone dialer, dial * # 9900 #
Update: Thanks to Jason that it works only on Samsung Phone.
Then
just tap on the Ok button and you’re done.
That's it!!
Now
just go back to updating your app and you'll be able to update them all without
that stupid "insufficient storage available" message.
Solution-3 Using Apps named SD-Maid Pro.
You can also relieve your phone by removing your inoperable file with the official apps named SD Maid Pro.
To download this apps go to your play store and simply search "SD Maid Pro" Then Install this app.

Solution-Others
We always have Android users, run out of space when the time comes. Most of us are targeting this when downloading the most and greatest apps, which, in some cases, are too big to fit on the device. If you're getting the "Inadequate storage available" error error, then follow these errors to make sure you have more space on your SD card, to make sure you free some of your storage space on your Android device.
If you have enough free space on your SD card
Sometimes you will find inadequate storage
available errors even if you have sufficient free space on your Android device.
So, before we solve your problem problems or move and delete files, let's first
check one thing first. How much space is left on your SD card? To test your
available memory, go to Settings> Storage. Most Android devices will see how
much space you have on your device. If you are sure that your SD card has
enough free space, then read it. If not, you can skip this section.
Before we get more details, first make sure
to run a hard reboot on your Android device and see if the problem has gone.
Most Android devices do not have any surprises, no cash cleaning and using memory cleaner applications. The simplest solution for inadequate storage available errors is actually this:
Uninstalling the Google Play Store app
Do not worry, you do not completely uninstall
it. The goal here is to revert to the earlier version of the Google Play Store,
which can get rid of random errors that may be due to the latest updates. To
return to the "Stock" version of the Google Play Store app, do the
following:
1. Open your settings> Apps
2. Locate and select the Google Play Store
from the list
3. On stock Android 6+, press the menu icon
in the top right corner of your screen
4. Press Uninstall Update
It may be different for older versions of
Android, but you'll see a button anywhere on the app's settings page that will
allow you to uninstall Google Play Store updates.
Now when you come back to the factory version
of Google Play Store, open the app and try downloading your favorite app. If
you strongly suggest a message to update to the latest Google Play Store
version, please do so by following all the instructions on your screen.
If you have enough space on your Android device, it will do a lot of fun for you and fix inadequate storage error.
Uninstall unused apps
Apps and media most of us take up space savings. So, take care
of its first apps.
There are about 95 different applications installed on average
Android devices. But do you really use it? The easiest way to free up storage
space on your Android device is to identify the most apps to get rid of it:
1. Go to settings
2. Select the application
3. On the Download tab, click the menu (three vertical dots) in
the upper right corner
4.
Sort the application by size
Clear contents within apps
You can see the screenshot above, I am a huge
fan of podcast. A fan has received a total of 10% of the total storage
available that they have available over time, I've had a long list of
downloaded episodes, most of which I've already heard. If it also applies to
you (in other ways), then you have to remove some content from your existing
apps and you need to remove it without the need to fully uninstall it.
Same for spying I've enabled offline sync for
more than 10 playlists at the moment. If needed, I can only tick the box and
free the space I need.
If you want to delete all cache files from
the app to give you one, do this:
1. Go to settings
2. Select the application
3. Select the application you want to clean
4. Press Clear Data
This action will clear all the contents of
the app. You can think of it as a factory reset setting for an application.
Free up Android storage by moving media to the cloud
Now, how often do you take pictures and
videos you have taken through your phone to be honest? If you're a bit like me
- maybe once or twice a year. They're just sitting on your phone, waiting or
waiting to share. And of course you do not want to delete them! These are
precious memories!
The best way to deal with that issue is to
sync all your media in the cloud. And the best two applications to complete
Google Drive and Dropbox
Backup media files in Google Drive
1. Open the photo app
2. Touch the menu button or icon
3. Select Settings.
4. Tap Auto Backup
After enabling the option, do not forget to
check that Wi-Fi only uploads will be enabled to you by the end of the month.
Backup media files with Dropbox
Unlike most people, I've managed to get 40 GB
of free storage in Dropbox, which lets me use it as my primary backup option.
Dropbox's own app, Hieroglyph, has been
created to back up your photos and videos for specific purposes and to sync
them to your Dropbox account. Pro Tip: To download and activate the cursor, you
will get 3 GB free Dropbox space. If you are more interested, please see our
guide to get free Dropbox space.
Removing large apps on your SD card
If you're on a device with Extended Storage,
proceed and move your biggest apps to your SD card. If you are not sure how it
works, then look at our complete guide to removing apps from your internal
storage to the Android SD card.
